I've tried to give up on resolutions :). I'll check the channel out
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! Instead of resolutions which I think of as wishes, I try to stick to SMART goals.
ReplyDeleteI never keep to my resolutions, now I just improve myself each year
ReplyDeleteI have never committed to resolutions for many years. I always find they are beyond reachable and hard to stick with.
