“My new year’s commitment is
to
be the best that I can be
mentally,
physically and spiritually.”
(Ava DuVernay)
What an awesome
quote to inspire
positive energy to
saunter into your
new year.
Makes you think in a very motivating way doesn’t it?
YES
- I can inspire!
- I can have victory!
- I can be successful and make money
doing what I love to do!
- I can overcome the past!
- I can transform minds to believe in me
and in the God in me!
- And I will make a tireless effort to grow
and progress into a better version of me;
the 2017 edition.

Let’s give a round of applause for 2017 while it still has
time to captivate those still with breath.
Cheers to the first week of the new year. Make it a truly
enjoyable and a thoroughly productive one. Here's some music to inspire your Breakthrough in this here year.
Breakthrough is an inspirational original tune with lyrics by Stephanie Jeannot
So what is your new years resolution for 2017? Care to share? Maybe I can be inspired by yours. Whatever it is, I hope that it comes with ease for you to meet that commitment.
Thank you for reading my blogpost!
I love looking back at what I wished I had done in the previous year and making those things my goals for the coming year. I believe 2017 will be the best yet. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI believe that as well. Happy new year to you as well!
DeleteThink it feel it, speak it I love this but always must remember to do this in a loving and caring way. Helping and giving back more and more this year.
ReplyDeleteThat is so true to. Love is the answer to everything. God is love.
DeleteAt a friend NYE party, one of the guests said that his mantra is Don't be mean in 17. I think that's a pretty good one to stick by with everything that's happened in 16! I'm optimistic that 17 will be a good year. I'm looking to get my business off the ground so I can be more in control over my life. Not have a corporation decide what's best for me.
ReplyDeleteYeah 16 was something to remember. So many deaths. So sad. Hopefully this year doesn't take so many people away from us. Makes you think. Love more. Pray more. Have more faith in 2017.
DeleteI can't believe the NEw Year is here. 2016 flew by in a way. I'm looking forward to a fresh start in 2017 and really improving myself in various ways!
ReplyDeleteI know. Happy new year. 2016 came and left so abruptly.
Delete2016 was a good year, but I always look forward to the new year. It always feels like a fresh start.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to it also.
DeleteI love that Positivity Pledge. I have always struggled with being positive, and I am tired of it. My goal is to make this the year that that finally changes!
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome. I love that about you Alaina.
DeleteI have big plans to do things in 2017 to make my blog rock. I am off to a great start. I hope it continues!
ReplyDeleteYeah, it has been for me to. So productive in just three days and I am so grateful.
DeleteI love this. Positive affirmations gets me pumped and inspired all the time. Here's to an awesome fabulous 2017!
ReplyDeleteYea! I love that.
DeleteI started a new blog in the fall, but due to sickness I didn't actually post until a couple of weeks ago. My big goal for the year is to maintain the blog I've got, while building a new one, and hopefully rocking them both!
ReplyDeleteMe too.l I just went to the library today and was reading up on blogging. It is so interesting and hopefully I can do more and better blogging in the year. I definitely need to write more.
DeleteI just want to get more focused. To figure out where I want to go and work to get there. And learn better lighting along the way.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
Deletemy main good is to get more organized. i always say it and still end up falling off. i am determined this year
ReplyDeleteMe too. I did more cleaning int he past two days than all year last year. So crazy to me but true.
DeleteI'm not really into resolutions coz I tend to stop mid-way. I'm more of a 'goals' kind of person but each year, it's really about trying to always be a good person even when others are not. Here's to keeping it positive in 2017 :)
ReplyDeleteI try because you never know. It was how I kicked my terrible drinking habit.
DeleteI go through phases where I remember this all day long, and it always makes the day go better. I need to post it by my work space.
ReplyDeleteYeah! I love affirmations. They are so inspiring for me.
DeleteMy New Years resolution is to thoughtfully think about everything I say before I say it. I want to try to be the most positive person I can be.
ReplyDeleteThat is true too in order to be focused. 2017 for me is a year to be more focused. In truth.
DeleteHappy New Year!
ReplyDeleteMy resolutions (or better yet goals) are to strive for this year and do better.
That's an awesome resolution.
DeleteThat's very well said. This new year, it would be awesome to get rid of the bad vibes and the negativity that drags us down. It would be better to focus on all the good things instead.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Sometimes we have to try to do our best to rise above those things. You know!
DeleteI don't have a resolution, rather a series of goals centered around one word: Thrive. Everything I do this year will come from that one word.
ReplyDeleteYes. I love that word. Thrive is excellent.
DeleteI love your positivity pledge. That is a great way to live life. Negativity really can be draining.
ReplyDeleteYeah! So true.
